116.56 € incl. VATAIKO modules from the Black Hole series have been built using newly designed N-Type cells and All Back Contact technology. Cells of this type are built using non-silver metallic materials, with the connection grid located on the rear wall. The absence of silver directly translates into the durability of electrical connections, prolonging the life of the cells and the entire PV module, while the rear connections provide a larger surface area for solar light absorption on the front. The use of All Back Contact technology results in a lower temperature coefficient, higher resistance to low and high ambient temperatures, and thus high efficiency and durability of modules in this series. Additionally, Half-cut technology has been used in module construction, which reduces power losses, providing an additional gain at the output between 5 and 10 W.
High-quality N-Type silicon wafers and optimized All Back Contact (ABC) technology also directly contribute to low power degradation in the first year of use. It amounts to no more than 1%, and in the following year no more than 0.35%. Such a result has enabled the attainment of a 30-year warranty on linear output power.
AIKO 450 W is built with 108 monocrystalline photovoltaic cells N-Type placed in an anodized, lightweight frame made of aluminum alloy, resistant to corrosion, and covered with highly transparent glass. All this contributes to high efficiency, performance, higher power compared to P-Type PV modules, and a 25-year product warranty.
Cables with a length of 350 mm led from the IP68 connection box are terminated with MC4 connectors. The module has numerous certificates: IEC61215, IEC61730, as well as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
