The Sofar Solar inverters combine, first and foremost, a solid and proven design with advanced and state-of-the-art electronics of top manufacturers such as: Fairchild Semiconductor/Infineon, On Semi/Texas Instruments, Nippon Chemi-Con/nichicon, as well as Texas Instruments/NXP. These inverters are very often selected by our customers to build efficient photovoltaic installations.
The KTLX-G4 series are three-phase inverters that stand among others due to their tolerance to high input currents. The allowable DC overload is 150%. They are equipped with the AFCI system to prevent arcing as well as in a PID recovery function. They are easier to install thanks to a special tray enabling quick connection of AC wires. It features the same menu as previous-generation models. The G4 series are weather-proof inverters that do not degrade due to, e.g., salt mist. The IP66 protection rating allows the devices to be mounted outdoors. They are perfect for building industrial photovoltaic power plants on roofs and on ground. By default, they are equipped with type 2 SPD DC and AC protection, DC circuit breaker, and I-V curve system for detecting faulty modules.
