The TW Solar 500 W N-type module has been designed using Multi-busbar technology, increasing output power by over 5 W, and Half-cut technology, which reduces power losses, providing an additional 5-10 W gain. An additional solution to improve module efficiency, High-Density Encapsulation, has been applied to achieve a 0.15% increase. N-type cells are enriched with phosphorus, resulting in a lower light-induced degradation (LID) rate, ensuring long-term efficiency and greater savings. The TW Solar 500 W module consists of 108 monocrystalline photovoltaic N-type cells housed in an anodised, lightweight aluminium alloy frame, resistant to corrosion, and covered with a 2 mm glass panel with high light transmittance. The glass is coated with an anti-reflective (AR) layer and thermally reinforced. All this contributes to a 15-year product warranty and a 30-year power warranty on energy production.

Cables of 1200 mm (+) and (-) are routed from the IP68 junction box and terminated with an MC4 connector. The module holds numerous certifications: IEC61215/61730, IEC62804 (PID), IEC61701 (Salt), IEC62716 (Ammonia), IEC60068-2-68 (Sand), as well as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001. The module fully complies with the IEC 62941 quality system standard.
