Bifacial AIKO Modules from the Stellar series, 2nd generation, are built using newly designed Type N cells and All Back Contact technology. These cells are constructed using metallic materials that do not contain silver, and the connection grid is placed on the rear side. The absence of silver directly translates to the durability of electrical connections, which extends the lifespan of the cells and the entire PV module, and the rear connections allow for a larger light absorption area on the front side. The use of All Back Contact technology provides a lower temperature coefficient, higher resistance to both low and high ambient temperatures, and consequently, higher performance and durability of the modules in this series. Additionally, the Half-cut technology used in the construction reduces power losses, providing an additional output gain of between 5 and 10 W.

High-quality N-type silicon wafers and optimized All Back Contact (ABC) technology also directly influence the low power degradation in the first year, which is below 1%, and in the following years, it is no more than 0.35%. This result allowed for a 30-year linear power output warranty.

AIKO 650 W Bifacial is built with 144 monocrystalline N-type photovoltaic cells placed in an anodized, lightweight aluminum alloy frame, resistant to corrosion, and covered with 2 mm high light transmission glass on both sides.

High efficiency, performance, and higher power compared to TOPCon-type PV modules, along with a 15-year product warranty, ensure trouble-free use for many years.

Cables exiting the junction box (IP68) are terminated with MC4 connectors.
