AIKO Modules in the Black Hole series are built using redesigned Type N cells and All Back Contact technology. These cells are made with metallic materials that do not contain silver, with the connection grid located on the rear side. The absence of silver directly enhances the durability of electrical connections, extending the lifespan of the cells and the entire PV module. Rear-side connections also increase the light absorption area on the front. The application of All Back Contact technology ensures a lower temperature coefficient, higher resistance to low and high ambient temperatures, and thus high efficiency and durability of the modules in this series. Additionally, the use of Half-cut technology reduces power losses, providing an additional output gain of 5 to 10 W.

High-quality Type N silicon wafers and optimised All Back Contact (ABC) technology directly contribute to a low power drop in the first year of use. This drop does not exceed 1%, and in subsequent years it does not exceed 0.35%. This performance has resulted in a 30-year linear power output warranty.

AIKO 445 W is built with 108 monocrystalline photovoltaic cells of Type N housed in an anodised, lightweight aluminium alloy frame, resistant to corrosion, and covered with high light-transmission glass. This construction ensures high efficiency, performance, and higher power output compared to Type P PV modules, along with a 15-year product warranty.

Cables 350 mm long, exiting from the IP68-rated junction box, are terminated with MC4 connectors. The module is certified according to IEC61215, IEC61730, and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
